When spring gives you weeds, make jelly (or at least that’s what my wife did). The neighbors did look at them strangely when she and my son were out in the front yard picking dandelions, but it was totally worth it. If you haven’t tried dandelion jelly, it is AMAZING. It tastes a bit like honey, with a definite flowery taste to it. Here is the recipe that we used:
